Artifact from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica associated with witches. Looks like a small dark metal spinning top, left behind when a witch is defeated. Puella_Magi use Grief Seeds to cleanse the darkness from their Soul_Gems incurred by magic use or negative emotions, but it is said that using the same Grief Seed too many times will revive the witch it belonged to.
