Azur Lane's personification of a Russo-Chinese light cruiser design as part of a collaboration with World of Warships. More specifically, her inspiration is the Soviet Light Anti Air Cruiser design (MK-6) that was meant as a "Russian Atlanta (Azur Lane)".
She is portrayed with long black hair tied into a ponytail, and yellow eyes. Her outfit consists of a large fur trim white coat, a white dress opened to reveal a black bodysuit, fastened with a Dragon Empery (emblem) gold accessory, black thighhighs, and high heels.
Her rig is primarily a giant oil-paper umbrella with one of her planned 130 mm twin DP mounts on the tip. Her original CG originally portrayed Japanese-looking temple structures in the background but were replaced with Chinese ones following backlash.
