harpy
A monster girl usually based on birds, though some examples are dinosaur girls or other mythological creatures.
Harpies have wings_instead_of_arms or at least heavily feathered arms alongside wings (see post #6477937) and claws instead of feet (see post #613745). Some may only have feathered body parts (post #646639).
A traditional harpy will instead have the body of a bird but the head of a woman (post #2431167).
