A Sarkaz mercenary leader who worked with Rhodes Island's precursor, Babel, alongside ]] and .

After_the_fall_of_that_organization,_he_joined_the_Reunion_movement_under_' orders, but later returned to Londinium with Ines after uncovering [[Talulah (arknights)|'s secret.

He is one of the main characters during the second arc of the main story.

His voice actors are Hosoya Yoshimasa (Japanese), Su Zhihao (Chinese), Jason Spisak (English), and Jang Min-hyuk (Korean). His art designer is Shutun, while his original NPC art was made by Ryuuzaki ichi.
