The 7th costume of hololive's Hoshimachi Suisei, designed for her 2nd solo live concert Shout in Crisis.
It consists of a long-sleeved black turtleneck shirt with mismatched sleeves, a see-through midriff section and a see-through_sleeve, a chest harness, a single half_glove, black shorts, a black layered pleated overskirt, a black waist cape and grey high heel boots.
