i-13_(kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine I-13. Nicknamed "Hitomi". Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Imamura Ayaka.
She has short black hair with a single_long_strand_on_her_left_side, and brown tsurime eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is a school swimsuit shared with her sister I-14: hers has her name emblazoned over her hip. Over this, she wears a serafuku-style white shirt with a center breast cutout and white sailor collar, brown neckerchief, and partially_fingerless black gloves.
Her rigging consists of headphones with a hat patterned off her real-life bow, her real-life conning tower/hangar on her right arm, and red rudder footwear.

History
The historical IJN I-13 had a severely short history, being commissioned only on December 16, 1944, and sunk by USS Anzio on July 16, 1945 while en route to an operation. Her abyssal_counterpart (Abyssal Twin Princess (white)) is also presumed killed by the player in her final form and it references the real life I-13's fate.
