A kitchen appliance that makes shaved ice.
The classic ice shaver that often appears in fan art is a hand-cranked machine which rotates a block of ice on top of a fixed blade, with the shavings then falling into a bowl underneath. Modern versions are electrically powered, and are often technically ice crushers rather than traditional shavers.
