Eighth game in the Touhou series, third in the Windows generation, and first spinoff, as well as the first fighting spinoff made in collaboration with Tasogare Frontier. Labeled as "Touhou 7.5".

An incessant occurrence of feasts began troubling residents of Gensokyo, thus only 3 days before another such feast occurs, 6 girls decide to investigate and filter out the source - a party-loving_oni who hopes that the feasts finally lure her fellow oni out of centuries of hiding underground.
