When a picture strongly suggests someone has committed or may commit self-harm without depicting the act itself, the wounds caused, or blood at all.
A common way is to include a boxcutter in the scene somewhere, especially in locations where a boxcutter wouldn't normally be, such as a bathroom. Another is for a character to have unexplained bandaged wrists.
