ipo-chan
Ipo-chan is the gijinka of the Indonesian filtering service Internet Positif. She usually wears a blue shirt, a red skirt, headphones, and glasses to represent her position as a strict filter. She also wears an armband around her right arm, which has a plus sign, the symbol of Internet Positif.
Her red eyes also have the plus_sign, as does her hairclip which holds her black_haired side ponytail. The girl is portrayed as "authoritative yet bullyable".
