The Babylonian goddess of love and war, she is an Archer-class pseudo-Servant in Fate/Grand Order using Tohsaka Rin's body as a container. Her weapon is Heavenly Boat Maanna. Ishar also appears in Fate/Strange Fake by possessing the body of an Einzbern homunculus named Fillia (fate).
Ishtar is considered a separate character from Tohsaka Rin for tagging purposes. Only tag both if both are present in the image.
