The inheritor to the Mjölnir tome and a recurring antagonist, her mind is riddled with doubt between choosing the side of justice and fighting for her dearly beloved ]]. Choosing the latter of those options, she ends up confronting several times throughout the adventure, all the while secretly helping [[Arvis_(fire_emblem)| combat the Child Hunts initiated by Julius in spite of her love for the latter. Ishtar ultimately meets her demise near Belhalla, falling in battle to the liberation army in a last stand.
