isuzu_(kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Isuzu. Character design by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Iguchi Yuka.
She has long dark_blue_hair in twintails, and blue eyes. Her default outfit is shared with her sisters Nagara and Natori: a white shirt with a brown sailor collar and detached sleeves, white hair bows for her twintails, brown neckerchief, red pleated skirt, white thighhighs, and brown_shoes.
Her rigging consists of her funnels to her back, connecting platforms that have her 12.7 cm twin gun mounts, 25 mm anti-aircraft guns, and 61 cm twin torpedo tubes, and a searchlight and 12.7 cm twin gun mount on a bullpup stock.
Initially infamous for her low remodeling level (12), she became valuable for farming, which can give you a radar and enhanced AA stats if used as modernization fodder.
