The 2nd costume of Phase Connect's Jelly Hoshiumi.
It consists of a blue jacket that can either be worn off shoulder or zipped up, over a white camisole, black shorts and white thighhighs with pink_stripes. She also has headphones that can either be worn on her ears or around_her_neck.
For her official_hairstyle in this costume, she has her very_long blue hair cut short and done in twin braids.
