A recurring character across the Honkai (series) franchise.
The bird that commonly appears alongside Fu Hua and the Herrscher of Sentience in Honkai Impact 3rd and Sushang in Honkai: Star Rail.
In Honkai Impact 3rd, it mostly shows up in events and can appear in four different ways:
