ユリウス・ベルモンドEN: Julius Belmont
A character in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.
On NicoNico, he is treated as a representative meme character when a Castlevania Tool-Assisted Superplay made him jump with almost inhuman sounds: "DOuE-DOuE-DOuE", earning the nickname "Julius BelmonDOuE the DOuElist".
