A Water-type Legendary Pokémon, #0382 in the National Pokédex.
A whale-like creature with two large pectoral fins and a blue body with red accents and a white underside. Has sharp teeth and yellow eyes with black sclerae.
Sought after by Team Aqua due to its ability to expand the oceans. The mascot of Pokémon_Sapphire and Alpha_Sapphire; its counterpart is Groudon, which it often feuds with. These feuds can only be quelled by Rayquaza.
The Blue Orb (pokemon) allows it to transform into Primal Kyogre.
