She has long blonde hair with blunt bangs and green eyes. She's often depicted with her companion Pokemon, Cosmog.

She has two official outfits. The first includes a sleeveless white dress and white knee boots. It also sometimes includes a white sun hat and a Poké_ball-themed duffel bag.

The second outfit includes a short-sleeved white shirt and a pleated white skirt, along with white mary janes. She also sometimes wears a pink backpack.

Lillie's hair is sometimes_worn in a ponytail_with_a_braided_base.
