The 2.5 Dimension TV: Locadol Promotion Illustration Contest was run on Pixiv in 2013 from June 13 to July 31.

Contest details

Participants were to create "an original 'local idol' character with a reference to a local area, such as clothing, accessories, songs, and dances." [1] Participants were then to tag their post with their prefecture or, for locations outside of Japan, their country (ex. USA).
