A Touhou character mentioned only in the lore. Lord Tenma's gender, appearance, and personality are completely unknown, so all images are speculative. Fan interpretations generally depict Lord Tenma as a crow tengu of either gender, usually female.
The only thing known is that (s)he lives on Youkai Mountain and is the boss of all tengu, including the Daitengu (management), Karasu_Tengu (information), Hanataka Tengu (office), Hakurou_Tengu (defense), and Yamabushi Tengu (printing).
Iizunamaru Megumu (and, in turn, Shameimaru Aya and Himekaidou Hatate), and Inubashiri Momiji all work under him/her.
