m50_reising
The M50 Reising is an American .45 ACP submachine gun that was developed in 1940. During World War II, it was adopted into service with the US_Navy and Marine_Corps at the end of 1941. The Reising soon proved itself to be a difficult to use weapon due to its complicated closed-bolt design that jammed frequently in combat conditions if not cleaned frequently. It was withdrawn from service by 1943.
As a variant, the M55 Reising has a folding wire stock and a pistol grip instead of conventional one-piece wooden rifle stock.
