A character from Getsuyoubi no Tawawa.
A girl who began going out and cohabiting with one of her high school teachers right after she graduated. They eventually got married in post #3155816, and had their first child in post #3375994.
She used to live next to Ai-chan's "onii-chan"'s single apartment with the teacher. As of post #3206839, she has become neighbors with Ai-chan (Tawawa). In the manga, she has a mother with even larger breasts that looks young enough to be mistaken as her sister, and lives in the same apartment as Cheer-chan (Tawawa)'s childhood friend.
Her name comes from the choppy long bangs that partially conceal her eyes.
