Although this condition is normally found on overweight men (post #6115619), it is also a fetish name used for slimmer men with feminine breasts (post #5044172, post #5025833) or muscular men with defined and round pectorals (post #4072298, post #4123358).
Do not tag with muscular male or toned male unless the body is viable and proportional with the chest size. Otherwise just the manboobs tag will suffice.
