mc.200_saetta
An early World_War_II Italian fighter-bomber, the MC.200 Saetta ("Lightning") was a single-seat low-wing monoplane that first flew in 1937. Its radial engine gave it a distinctive appearance, as did the raised pilot's seat and semi-enclosed canopy. It could carry up to 320 kg (705 lbs) of bombs underwing and was armed with 2 12.7mm machine guns.
