A design seen on ]]'s livestreams and accounts publicly from February to April 2022, prior to her officially debuting her first long dull [[pink hair">virtual YouTuber model. The design follows the general appearance and color scheme of the models she would have as a VTuber, but is more casual in terms of outfit.
She has long dull [[pink hair with a side braid on her left tied with a black hair ribbon, and purple eyes. Her costume consisted of a black dress with a matching black neck ribbon, and a greyish-pink knitted cardigan.
Some fans have chosen to continue depicting the design in art as a means of depicting Mikeneko more directly, beyond her VTuber models (without outright drawing art based on her real self).
