Well, now somebody has found his homepage. His real name is Saitō Yamashiro Mamoru Yukihiko, but he goes under a lot of names incl. Mascarpone, Mimo, Mimocheese, Mimolette, Mimoretto, Saitou, Saitou Mikado Kuni and Saitou Yukihiko. And yes, it's the same artist as Danbooru has tagged as saitou_teikoku, but saitou-teikoku is the name of his circle. Edited by PeJuMo.
