misaka_mikoto
An electricity-wielding middle schooler from ToAru Majutsu no Index, and protagonist of the spinoff manga ToAru Kagaku no Railgun.
She has the ability to use_electricity in various ways, such as shooting it, using it to shoot other items as projectiles (hence her nickname railgun (misaka mikoto)), and electromagnetism.
She has brown eyes, medium brown hair, and small breasts, much_to_her_chagrin. She also wears a hairpin.
She wears the standard Tokiwadai school uniform with short shorts under_her_skirt and loose white ankle socks.
In Blue Archive, her halo features a lightning bolt symbol. She also wields a modified FN F2000 named "Gunvolt" (itself a reference to "Azure Striker Gunvolt", hence the name).

* Misaka Imouto: Looks about the same but usually has a night vision device. Also, while Mikoto has shorts on under her skirt, this one only has striped panties.
