"TOP OF MOE 2017" was an illustration contest hosted by dengeki moeoh and pixiv. The theme is sports.
Winners are selected by the Dengeki Moeoh editorial department, ryouka (suzuya) being one of the judges. The grand prize is a full year of pinup serialization rights in the magazine for one year.
