"TOP OF MOE 2017" was an illustration contest hosted by dengeki moeoh and pixiv. The theme is sports.
Winners are selected by the Dengeki Moeoh editorial department, ryouka_(suzuya) being one of the judges. The grand prize is a full year of pinup serialization rights in the magazine for one year.
