The 3rd costume of hololive's Nekomata Okayu.
It's a dark serafuku consisting of a cropped long-sleeved, double-breasted black shirt sailor shirt with a white sailor collar, white buttons, white sleeve cuffs, a white neckerchief, white shorts, black kneehighs with an onigiri print on them and black sneakers.
Her official_hairstyle with this costume is largely the same as her default_costume with the only addition being a black hairband.
