ning_hai_(azur_lane)
The personification of the Chinese light cruiser Ning Hai in Azur Lane. Her name (甯海) means "peaceful sea".
Historically, she was patterned after ]] but reduced in size due to budget constraints. Unfortunately, she (and her sister [[Ping Hai (Azur Lane)|) inherited the same seakeeping deficiencies as Yuubari and other treaty-skirting warships built by Japan in the interwar period, but the Chinese regarded these as acceptable tradeoffs since they had intended the Ning Hai-class for coastal and Yangtze river use.
