no_dickey
A serafuku missing the dickey (the triangular piece on the chest). It is often depicted to emphasize cleavage (for example, see post #8453928; compare it with the official design in post #5540241). It is also sometimes portrayed as a symbol of delinquent girls.
Do not apply this tag to images where the front of the serafuku is open (e.g., post #3621060, post #6742389) or where the dickey is open (e.g., post #3217252, post #5632745).
