The personification of the Japanese light cruiser Noshiro in Kantai Collection. Character design by Konishi (koconatu), voiced by Yamada Yuuki (voice Actor).
She is portrayed with brown hair with swept bangs in twin braids, and blue/green eyes. Her default outfit is her class' uniform: a sleeveless serafuku that exposes her midriff, red pleated skirt, dark blue necktie, white gloves, black belt, rudder footwear, and asymmetrical legwear where the left leg has a single thighhigh stocking on a garter strap.
Her rigging consists of her real-life bridge and foremast to her back, two hull pieces containing her three real-life 15.2 twin gun mounts with a joystick control, an 8 cm twin anti-aircraft gun mount on her right rudder boot, and her flight deck on the left boot.
