As they oppose the Kiryuuin Conglomerate and their globally monopolized clothing company REVOCS, NB operatives wear an impractical_ensemble_of_utility_belts, sleeves, thighhighs and holsters that somehow_manage_to_cover_their_privates - and_little_else.
