Miyamoto Iori (fate)'s step-sister and adopted daughter of Miyamoto Musashi. She was adopted by the Ogasawara clan after Musashi's passing.
She is the vessel for Caster-class Pseudo-Servant Ototachibana-hime (Fate) (オトタチバナヒメ) in the Waxing Moon Ritual of Fate/Samurai Remnant.
