Having one eye closed. This can be for any reason.

If the tongue is sticking upwards, it is also ;q.
If the tongue is sticking downwards, it is also ;p.
If the character also has cat mouth, it's also ;3.
If the mouth is open in a round shape, it's also ;o.
If the character is smiling with a closed mouth, it's also ;).
If the character is smiling with an open mouth, it is also ;D.
If the closed eye is drawn like one side of > <, it is also > o.
If the eye is closed involuntarily, as a result of surprise, pain, or embarrassment, it is often a wince as well.
