opening_eyes
A tag mostly reserved for animations.
Compared to blinking, where the character usually starts with opened eyes and then blinks in a sequence, opening eyes usually starts with the character's eyes_closed and then opening them, the action doesn't come in sequence. It's also usually slower than a blink.
