An image that was inspired from a photo (medium), or otherwise based on photographic source material, including video.
Artists will sometimes indicate that they are replicating a photograph (写真模写) or even outright tracing one (写真トレス) in their description or tags.
The referenced photo is sometimes displayed as a photo inset.
