pipkin_pippa_(2nd_costume)
The 2nd costume of Phase Connect's Pipkin Pippa.
It consists of a black pinafore dress over a white petticoat with long_puffy_sleeves, black combat boots, red_ribbons on her hair and dress, and two large cannons attached to her back.
Unlike her default costume, her official_hair_color is dyed black and her eye_color changes to dark purple (though she has an alternate version of this costume where she has her original color scheme).
