A ghost representing a Pokémon "hidden" in mist in the Pokémon Tower. Found in the games Pokémon_RGBY, FRLG, and LGPE.
It says "Get out..." It can't be battled or captured.
In Pokémon_SV, the Ghost-type Tera Jewel resembles the ghost's sprite.
Additionally, it is one of MissingNo.'s forms in Generation I.
