Similar to POV Cheek Warming (meme), and also created by the same artist nejime, a meme where the viewer is grabbing someone's cheeks.
Despite its name, the hand can grab many different things, not just (ass) cheeks. Sometimes the hand is depicted as strangling someone instead.
