Meme based on an edited panel of Grappler Baki that depicts Retsu Kaioh lying in a hospital bed, reduced to a disembodied head and bandaged neck. In the original panel his body is (mostly) intact after the fight with ]], save for his right leg that was [[cannibalism|eaten by the latter.
After the anime adaptation reached the memed scene, an edit of the anime version began circulating alongside the existing manga edit.
