One of the voices of Kirisame Marisa in Atouda Ako (character)'s Kuso☆☆☆☆ and several of his voice dramas afterwards. Seems to genuinely enjoy both Cookie and Touhou. Identifiable by the stars_dangling_from_her_hat, and wearing either grey or blue compared to Marisa's usual black.
Due to her short screentime she isn't a very popular character but still has a few fans. A common running joke came from one of her Q&A videos where she used hyoushigi in between questions. This led to jokes about her having a gigantic_sword that she was clacking against the ground instead. Once accidentally showed her face on stream and got compared to Asashoryu Akinori.
