The runaway girl in JoJo's_Bizarre_Adventure is a stowaway who disguised herself as a boy. She got entangled in their quest before being forcibly sent home after nearly getting victimized by a Stand user.
The Stardust Crusaders anime would finally give her a name: Anne.
