Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon character. A Sailor Senshi who only appeared late in the manga, she fought Sailor Moon but was defeated by Sailor Chibi Moon and the Sailor_Quartet. She is voiced by Kudou Haruka (voice actor) in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal (she never appears in the 90s anime).
