The 3rd costume for hololive's Sakamata Chloe. It has a jirai kei theme.
It consists of a two-sided red and black coat with lace-trimmed sleeves, a black sleeveless see-through frilled dress with a heart-shaped cleavage cutout and a black bowtie with a heart-shaped lock; with a sleeveless grey frilled shirt with center frills and a black high-waist miniskirt-length overskirt over it, an heart o-ring thigh strap mismatched black and fishnet fishnet thighhighs, and black_shoes platform loafers.
For her official_hairstyle with this costume, she has her medium hair hair tied into side braids that turn into braided hair rings and drill twintails, decorated with a bandaid hair ornament, crossing hairclips and black ribbon hair ribbons.
