An officially recognized derivative of the VOCALOID Meiko (vocaloid). Her design is by daigoman and her voice arranger is Nanameue-P. She wears a crop top, giving her an exposed midriff, her skirt is puff, and she wears brown boots.
Sakine Meiko's appearance is meant to reflect her VOCALOID2 Crypton compatriots and represent a aged down version of MEIKO herself. When treated as a separate character she is the younger sister of MEITO (Vocaloid).
Although she is a variant of MEIKO, she is given a young singing voice that is higher in pitch compared to how MEIKO is usually heard.
