Character in Fullmetal Alchemist
The Scarred Man, known more casually as "Scar", is a nameless lone serial killer who targets State Alchemists for their role in his people's slaughter. An Ishvalan, he has brown_skin and red eyes which is characteristic of his people. There is a large X-shaped scar which stretches across his forehead and down over his eyes into his upper cheekbones. He often wears sunglasses to hide his eyes.
