A Honkai Impact 3rd/Benghuai Xueyuan character. Voiced by Nakahara Mai in Japanese.
She has blue eyes and two-tone hair (black and blue). The stigma on her chest has its own twisted alter_ego who is sometimes called "Veliona" in the localization. When "she" overtakes, Seele's overall theme is changed from blue to red.
