When something in an image constitutes a reference to a sex_act or organ through (ostensibly) non-sexual objects or actions. As well as an implication that the character is performing sex acts.
Not to be confused with naughty face.
Sexually suggestive posts should normally be rated rating:q|Questionable, and never rating:g|General.
